Unable to login, showing error of maximum login reached!

Please note that only 2 login sessions are allowed on the Ayurved Bharati platform, including both web browsers and mobile applications. If this limit is reached, the next login request will fail, and the user will need to log out from one device to continue. Logging in from a web browser (such as Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge, etc.) and a mobile app will be considered as two separate devices. Therefore, if you are logged in on a Chrome browser and a mobile app on one device, you cannot log in to another device until you log out from a previous session.

If you receive an error message like "Maximum login reached" and login fails because of this, please contact our helpdesk team via chat, call, or ticket to resolve the issue.

Note: Even if the browser is closed, the login session may still exist.
